Welcome, CU Health Plan participants. The CU Health Plan dental options are provided by Delta Dental of Colorado.

Need to find a dentist? Use our Find a Dentist search tool. Essential Plan members MUST see a PPO provider. You can target your search to return only PPO providers in your results, or you can check this PPO provider directory.

Your ID number is your employee ID number preceded by 888 for CU employees and 887 for C.U. Medicine employees. You can access an ID card from the mobile app or by setting up a subscriber account on our website.
